Please clean your pole, mats, and any equipment you use—both before and after class. Let’s keep our space fresh and welcoming for everyone!

Dress Code: Embrace Your Skin!

Pole loves skin-to-pole contact, so wear what helps you feel comfortable and confident while staying safe on the pole.

✔ Great Choices:

Swimwear

Sports bras

Booty shorts

Dancewear

Leotards

Lingerie sets

Sticky pole wear


✘ Avoid These:

Leggings (they make gripping the pole tricky!)

Stockings

Basketball shorts


Whatever you wear, wear it with confidence!

Attendance: Making It Easy for You

Members & Bundle Holders

Sign up at least 90 minutes before class to secure your spot. If you miss the deadline, you can still come if space allows (walk-in rules apply, but no extra fees).

Need to cancel? You can do so up to an hour before class without losing your class credit.

Running late? Doors open 10 minutes before class and stay open for 30 minutes after class starts. After that, doors lock for everyone’s safety.


Guests

Book at least 2 hours before class to guarantee your spot. If you miss that, walk-in rates apply.

Cancellations/reschedules are allowed up to 3 hours before class for a full refund.

Doors follow the same schedule—open 10 minutes before class, locked 30 minutes after.


Walk-Ins

Welcome if space allows! Just know that equipment may need to be shared.

Walk-in fees are slightly higher, so booking ahead is always best.

Doors close 30 minutes after class begins.

Group classes are small and intimate, creating a safe and encouraging environment for everyone. No matter where you are in your journey, you are welcome here!

Cameras: Share with Care

No livestreaming, please! Feel free to record yourself (and only those who consent).

Be mindful of mirrors and reflections to respect others’ privacy.


Support Partners

Group classes are just for participants. If a friend wants to support you, they’re welcome to join by signing up for class!

Private classes? You can bring one support partner. If they want to participate, they’ll need to book a spot.


Scents: Be Considerate

We love self-expression, but strong smells (like alcohol or marijuana) can be overwhelming to others.

Our community includes people from many different professions—let’s keep the space fresh and inviting for everyone. When in doubt, air it out!
